We received this elliptical through Super Saver free shipping, which meant we had to wait about a week between the sale was processed and the product was actually shipped out. Once shipped, we received it within the estimated time frame (~5 days). I didn't have any significant issues with the shipping company, although they said they would call an hour before delivery so that someone would be home. They didn't call until the truck was at our house, but they left it without requiring a signature.
Assembly was straight forward and took about 30 minutes. Use of the elliptical has been great, with all the pieces working smoothly together. The machine is very quiet and the controls are easy to use. I wish the display was back-lit and had a fan function, but these aren't big enough issues to make me wish we had purchased another product.
